• Snow pushing depth reaches 30-50cm, easily handling moderate to heavy snow and compacted snow. Combined with a snow overflow baffle design, it prevents snow leakage during pushing, eliminating the need for rework and improving operational continuity.

• A dedicated anti-sticking snow coating design, combined with a curved blade structure, prevents wet and frozen snow from sticking to the blade surface. Even in temperatures as low as -30℃, it maintains high operational efficiency without frequent blade cleaning.

Compatible with 1-5T loaders, bulldozers, and other engineering equipment. Pushing width can be customized according to the snow removal scenario.

NM500 Wear-Resistant Snowplow Blade

The snowplow blade is integrally cast from NM500 wear-resistant alloy steel and subjected to low-temperature quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC55-60. It can withstand the high-frequency impact of gravel and debris in snow and ice, and its service life is more than three times that of ordinary materials.

Q690 Heavy-Duty Shovel Frame

The shovel frame is made of Q690 high-strength steel, with reinforced ribs added to key areas. The entire frame undergoes triple protection: shot blasting for rust removal, cold-resistant epoxy primer, and low-temperature resistant topcoat. It is resistant to cracking and deformation at -30℃, and is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging.

Precision Ground Clearance Adjustment

The shovel blade has high precision in contact with the ground, and the working gap is finely adjustable (0-5cm). It can thoroughly clear snow without scratching the road surface (asphalt, cement, tiles, etc.), making it suitable for snow removal on various paved surfaces.
