Rigorous Material Selection

More than just steel, it's armor for the battlefield.

Strict Steel Selection: The main structure uses Q355/Q460/Q690 high-strength steel, while wear-resistant parts (such as side blades and bottom plates) are supplied with NM450/NM500 and Hardox450/Hardox500 imported wear-resistant steel. We spare no expense to ensure welding compatibility and exceptionally long wear life.
Source Inspection: Every steel plate entering our factory undergoes rigorous material inspection, including thickness, flatness, hardness verification, and surface defect (cracks, laminations) detection, eliminating potential problems before storage.

We select the optimal cutting process based on the steel plate thickness to ensure a smooth cut surface and precise dimensions:

  • Thick plate heavy cutting (>20mm):

    Using CNC flame cutting to ensure the perpendicularity of the thick plate cross-section.

  • Thin plate precision cutting (<20mm):

    Using plasma cutting, resulting in minimal thermal deformation and clean edges.

Ultra-precision components: Utilizing laser cutting, controlling accuracy to ±0.1mm, providing a perfect baseline for subsequent assembly.

  • Heavy-duty forming:

    Using professional plate rolling and bending machines, the cut steel plates are pressed into curved plates and support base plates.

  • Precision prefabrication:

    Key connecting parts such as ear covers, side cutter plates, and support assemblies are precisely machined on drilling and turning machines beforehand, ensuring that every detail meets the drawing requirements.

Fixture Assembly And Welding

The weld is the lifeline; there's no room for "almost" here.

  • Precise Positioning:

    Rejecting manual assembly, we use specialized jigs and fixtures to precisely position the ear plates (boom connection points) with the main body, ensuring stable structural geometry.

  • Structural Forming:

    The blade, arc plate, side plates, side clamps, and support ear assembly are assembled and fixed according to the drawings, forming a robust framework.

  • Full Penetration Welding Process:

    We strictly prohibit incomplete welds and adhere to a full penetration welding process, ensuring full and complete welds without undercutting, even under heavy-duty operation.

Boring And Calibration

Rejecting wasted motion, ensuring every movement is precisely executed.

  • Precision machining:

    The lug plate holes of the lug assembly are precisely machined using a boring machine.

  • Perfect fit:

    Strict control of hole diameter tolerance and concentricity ensures a "zero-clearance" fit with the excavator's pivot pin, significantly reducing pin wear and abnormal noise.

Surface Finishing And Painting

True strength comes from within and can withstand the test of time.

  • Deep Cleaning (Shot Blasting):

    The excavator bucket surface is treated with a shot blasting machine to remove scale, rust, and welding slag, exposing the bare metal and enhancing paint adhesion.

  • Multi-layer Protection:

    A double-layer coating process using industrial-grade primer and topcoat provides rust and corrosion resistance and a rich, vibrant color.

Quality Inspection And Shipping

We don't leave problems for the on-site team; we only deliver peace of mind to our customers.

Before products leave the factory, we conduct rigorous full-process finished product inspection (FQC), with CR (Quality Control) as the core, covering all dimensions of testing to ensure that every product meets premium standards:

  • Basic attribute verification:

    We complete CA (Chemical Composition Analysis) and MT (Mechanical Properties Testing) to confirm that material performance and selection standards are perfectly matched, guaranteeing the product's load-bearing and wear resistance capabilities from the source; simultaneously, we verify the effectiveness of TT (Heat Treatment) to ensure that the mechanical properties of key components meet the standards.

  • Visual and dimensional precision inspection:

    We perform VC (Visual Inspection) to comprehensively check for surface defects, weld appearance, and coating integrity; we conduct DIM (Dimensional Inspection), performing 100% full inspection of key part dimensions and hole diameter accuracy to prevent dimensional deviations from affecting assembly and use.

  • Weld depth flaw detection:

    We use MPT (Magnetic Particle Testing) technology to professionally re-inspect all welds, accurately identifying subtle cracks, pores, and other hidden defects. Combined with SC (Spectroscopic Inspection), we verify the compatibility of welding materials, ensuring flawless weld quality.

  • Coating quality control:

    We use a coating thickness gauge for multi-point sampling to strictly control the thickness and uniformity of the paint film, ensuring that the coating's protective performance meets standards and resists corrosion in harsh working conditions.

  • Premium packaging:

    The bucket shaft is coated with special anti-rust oil, the entire product is tightly wrapped in plastic film, and secured on a wooden pallet to prevent any collision damage during transportation, ensuring that it arrives in your hands still bright and new.
