The bucket body is made of Q355/Q460/Q690 high-strength steel, and key parts such as the bucket blade and bucket bottom are equipped with a thickened wear-resistant layer. The core wear-resistant area is made of NM500/Hardox500 wear-resistant steel (hardness ≥550HB), maximizing wear resistance!

Reinforcement Process

Designed for heavy-duty operations, the bucket lip and the design of three crossbeams and reinforcing ribs at the bottom are reinforced, increasing the overall resistance to deformation by 50%!

Welding Black Technology

The fully automated submerged arc welding (SAW) process, combined with preheating and heat preservation and slow cooling, produces welds with a tensile strength ≥690MPa. After a 24-hour test under a maximum load of 80 tons, no cracks or leaks were observed, demonstrating rock-solid stability even under extreme conditions!
