Heavy-Duty Load Capacity & Efficient Handling
• Operates in rugged terrain and muddy sites inaccessible to specialized forklifts, leveraging excavator off-road capabilities for all-terrain cargo transport without requiring temporary pathways. • Compatible with auxiliary tools like pallets and slings, accommodating diverse cargo types including palletized goods, long steel bars, and large precast components. A single attachment meets multiple handling needs. • Customizable fork length (1.2-2.5m) and adjustable fork spacing adapt to various pallet specifications and cargo dimensions, minimizing slippage during transport for enhanced safety.
Manufacturing Excellence
Wear-resistant and durable with low maintenance costs
NM450 Forged Heavy-Duty Forks
Fork body forged from solid NM450 wear-resistant alloy steel, heat-treated for reinforcement. Rated capacity: 5-30 tons. Effortlessly handles heavy cargo like stone, steel, and precast slabs with stable load-bearing and no deformation.
Quenched High-Wear Fork Surface
Fork surfaces undergo quenching + high-frequency wear-resistant treatment, achieving HRC45-50 hardness. Exceptional wear resistance withstands frequent cargo friction and ground impacts, extending service life to 2.5 times that of standard forks.
Q690 Frame with Triple Anti-Corrosion
The main frame is welded from Q690 high-strength steel and undergoes triple anti-corrosion treatment: shot blasting for rust removal + epoxy primer + topcoat. It remains rust-free for 3 years in outdoor operations, reducing equipment maintenance frequency.

Application areas
Construction Site Material Transfer
Warehousing/Logistics Loading and Unloading
Port/Dock Handling
Stone/Steel Processing
Agriculture
Construction Site Material Transfer
On-site transfer and stacking of materials such as steel bars, cement pipes, precast slabs, and bricks at construction sites, adaptable to rugged terrain, eliminating the need for dedicated forklift lanes.
Warehousing/Logistics Loading and Unloading
Loading, unloading, and stacking of palletized goods (cardboard boxes and bagged goods) in warehouses and logistics parks, improving warehousing turnover efficiency and reducing costs by replacing dedicated forklifts.
Port/Dock Handling
Short-distance transfer of bulk palletized goods, small containers, and stone materials at ports and docks, utilizing the flexibility of excavators to adapt to the complex operating environment of ports.
Stone/Steel Processing
Handling of heavy goods such as raw stone blocks and finished stone products in stone quarries, and profiles and billets in steel quarries; heavy-duty design meets high-frequency handling needs.
Agriculture
Palletized handling of fertilizers and feed in large farms, and loading and unloading of fruit crates in orchards, adaptable to muddy field conditions, improving agricultural production efficiency.
Infrastructure/Mining
Large pipe and equipment handling at construction sites, ore pallet transfer in mines, wear-resistant load-bearing structures adapted to harsh working conditions.
